About the Role

As a community association manager (CAM), you will serve as the primary representative of RealManage, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations. This role ensures the delivery of professional services and an outstanding customer experience while upholding the company’s service level agreement and guiding principles.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional advisor to the board of directors for each assigned community.
  • Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and regulatory statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide weekly updates and ongoing reporting to the board on collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activities.
  • Conduct board or annual meetings and create monthly management reports, offering clear insights into community amenities, progress on key initiatives, and concise recommendations.
  • Assist the board in selecting contractors and insurance carriers to safeguard the community.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee the bid process, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Approve payments to vendors providing services to the community association.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive and accurate annual budgets, meeting all deadlines and demonstrating thorough analysis aligned with association goals.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate finances, variance reports, and invoice processing, including monitoring aging reports for timely legal action.
  • Build positive relationships with residents to ensure high-level service, timely resolution of concerns, effective communication, and continuous improvement in community services.
  • Regularly attend required monthly manager’s and training meetings.
  • Conduct all business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills to address a variety of situations effectively.
  • Perform other related tasks contributing to the overall success of community association management.
