Community Association Manager

Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) who will serve as the executive leader of the premier, resort-style residential community. The CAM works directly with the Community Board of Directors, Troon Leadership, Finance/Budget Team and Vendors to provide the unparalleled service, accountability and the ultimate lifestyle experience for our members.

This exclusive, gated community of approximately 300 homes features thoughtfully designed residences with open-concept layouts, upscale finishes, and scenic homesites overlooking natural preserves and ponds. The community is centered around a lifestyle-driven environment, with signature amenities and wellness-focused programming that promote engagement, recreation, and connection among residents. The Venue feature includes the fitness center, movement studio, treatment room, lifestyle room, and a terrace with outdoor seating for relaxation and community gatherings.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and genuine service to all residents, members, guests and employees.
- Motivates, directs, and assists department heads, managers and front-line staff on a daily basis.
- Plans, develops and implements operational procedures and methods in concert with TROON practices and policies.
- Ensures that goals and objectives of the HOA are implemented on a continuous basis to meet the expectations of the residents, membership, Board of Directors, and Management.
- Captures and protects the HOA's assets, including facilities and equipment.
- Builds and nurtures professional relationships between the Community, the Team Members and the Company.
- Affords assistance in directing and coordinating the activities of contracted vendors and evaluates their performance.
- Facilitates and prepares paperwork for meetings, such as Budget, Annual and Board of Directors.
- Investigates complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves problems following rules and regulations.
- Inspects grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
- Solicits and analyzes bids from contractors for repairs and/or maintenance.
- Aids in planning, scheduling, and coordinating of general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects as directed.
- Maintains records of maintenance and operating costs as well as all related Association costs.
- Purchases supplies as needed.
- Affords assistance in the preparation of detailed budgets and financial reports for Associations.
- Convenes regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.
- Meets with the Board of Directors and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues or any other Association matters.
- Provides leadership to Team Members.
Education/Certifications/Licenses/Training
Candidates must have an active Florida Community Association Manager License to be considered eligible for this position.
Experience/Background/Knowledge
Previous management experience in community association operations required. A minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience is preferred. Proven leadership experience is mandatory.

- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to perform math computations essential for budgeting and cost analysis purposes.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- At times, may be required to operate a motor vehicle.
