About the Role

We are looking for a talented HOA Manager to join our Albuquerque, NM office and manage community associations according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage community operations in alignment with governing documents, management agreements, and contracts.
  • Provide proactive, clear communication with Board of Directors (BOD), vendors, and internal team.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen, including preparing budgets, ensuring timely payments, and delivering monthly financial reports (training provided).
  • Follow internal processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
  • Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and applicable laws, educating boards as necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property, or community manager.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite.
