Community Association Manager
About the role
Adams Homes is seeking a Florida-Licensed Community Association Manager in Orlando, Florida, to provide community management services to certain communities. Responsibilities
- Manage communications with HOA Board and residents
- Manage community appearance via vendor procurement and declaration enforcement activities
- Facilitate and administer Board and Association meetings
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A Valid Florida Community Association Management (CAM) License
