Community Associate
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Work Location: On Site (Not a Remote Position): Community Associate 10202 Perkins Rowe Suite E-160 70810 Baton Rouge Louisiana, United States of America
- Intro paragraph about IWG.

- EEO statement.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO line at end is boilerplate; we should drop it.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
We need to decide sections.
We have location info: could be part of a short paragraph, not a heading.
We have "About the role": maybe the intro paragraph about IWG and the opportunity? Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
Responsibilities: the "A typical day at IWG" paragraph describing duties. Could be responsibilities.
Requirements: maybe the "About You" bullet list (skills, experience). Could be Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe not separate; we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only if posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (skills, experience). Could also have Qualifications (maybe education? none). So we might not include Qualifications heading.
Skills: maybe we could separate skills from requirements? But we have overlapping. Better to have one section "Requirements" that includes skills and experience.
Benefits: The "What We Offer" list includes benefits: work life balance, PTO, holidays, 401K, health care, quarterly bonus, hourly rate, training, environment. That's benefits.
Pay: The posting includes "hourly rate of $17.25". That's pay info. Should we create a Pay section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we have specific hourly rate. So we can include Pay section with that detail.
Schedule: The posting mentions "Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends)" which is schedule info. Could be Schedule section. But we already have that in benefits. However we could separate schedule. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine schedule into Benefits or have separate? Since schedule is mentioned as part of benefits, we could keep it in Benefits. But we also have Pay separate. Could we have Benefits section that includes schedule info? That's fine.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay.
We need to use for each heading.
Inside each section, use
for prose,
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content.
About the role: The intro paragraph: "The world of work is changing…short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work! At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want… in over 120 countries across the globe! Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance and competitive benefits, while growing your career path along the way."
Also maybe include the opportunity sentence: "The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business."
We could combine that as part of About the role.
Responsibilities: The "A typical day at IWG" paragraph. It's a long narrative. We could break into bullet list of duties? But instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The posting is not a list but prose. We could keep as
. However we could also split into bullet list for clarity but must preserve all info; converting prose to list may lose nuance but still preserve info if we capture each duty as bullet. Safer to keep as
preserving the paragraph. Requirements: The "About You" bullet list: we need to turn into
- . The content: "A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve themPositive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situationsExperience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipmentLegally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old" We need to separate items. The original text seems to have missing punctuation; we can parse: - A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience) - Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them - Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations - Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment - Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old We'll make each as
- .
Benefits: The "What We Offer" list: items:
- Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends)
- Generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation)
- 11 Paid Company Holidays per calendar year (in addition to your PTO accrual)
- Competitive 401K Program, with a Company match
- Affordable and comprehensive health care for all full-time team members (and some plan options for part-timers as well)
- A quarterly bonus plan program, plus an hourly rate of $17.25
- A bright and inspiring work environment
- Training and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunities
- A professional workplace community (business casual attire required)
Note: The hourly rate appears here; but we also have Pay section. To avoid duplication, we could keep hourly rate in Pay section and not duplicate in Benefits. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can include it in both places? Might be duplication but okay. Better to avoid duplication: we can keep hourly rate in Pay section, and in Benefits we can mention "A quarterly bonus plan program" without the hourly rate. But the original text says "A quarterly bonus plan program, plus an hourly rate of $17.25". If we split, we lose the hourly rate from benefits but we still have it in Pay. That's okay as we preserve info.
Thus Benefits list items (excluding hourly rate):
- Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends)
- Generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation)
- 11 Paid Company Holidays per calendar year (in addition to your PTO accrual)
- Competitive 401K Program, with a Company match
- Affordable and comprehensive health care for all full-time team members (and some plan options for part-timers as well)
- A quarterly bonus plan program
- A bright and inspiring work environment
- Training and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunities
- A professional workplace community (business casual attire required)
Pay: hourly rate $17.25. Also maybe mention "competitive total compensation package". But we have that in benefits? Not exactly. We could include "competitive total compensation package" in Pay section as well. But we already have benefits list. To avoid duplication, we can put "competitive total compensation package" in Pay section along with hourly rate.
Thus Pay section:
Competitive total compensation package, including an hourly rate of $17.25.
We also need to include location? Could be a shortat top: Work Location - On Site (Not a Remote Position): Community Associate 10202 Perkins Rowe Suite E-160 70810 Baton Rouge Louisiana, United States of America We should not repeat job title as heading; we can include location in a paragraph. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

Responsibilities
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee? You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer. You make sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate. It’s time for a quick coffee break.
