The opportunity

You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain a community within your center. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of administrative and support needs for customers
  • Managing customer requests such as changing WiFi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and handling packages
  • Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
  • Helping customers with printing and invoicing
  • Opening tickets in the service portal for customer issues
  • Planning and organizing networking events
  • Creating, printing, and posting event details and notices
  • Directing customers to restaurants after meetings
  • Gently asking groups to wrap up meetings

About you

  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A good communicator with strong professional relationships and empathy
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
  • Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Likely to have 1+ years of customer service experience
