Community Associate

The opportunity

You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the center is ready before opening
  • Handling customer requests such as WiFi codes, package deliveries, and room setup
  • Managing customer invoices and ensuring proper billing
  • Assisting with customer needs during breaks and lunch
  • Participating in planning and organizing networking events
  • Communicating with the Community Manager to coordinate activities
  • Directing customers to nearby amenities and assisting with their needs

About You

  • Knowledgeable in managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to empathize with customers’ needs
  • Experience in customer service (ideally 1+ years)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
