The opportunity
You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the center is ready before opening
- Handling customer requests such as WiFi codes, package deliveries, and room setup
- Managing customer invoices and ensuring proper billing
- Assisting with customer needs during breaks and lunch
- Participating in planning and organizing networking events
- Communicating with the Community Manager to coordinate activities
- Directing customers to nearby amenities and assisting with their needs
About You
- Knowledgeable in managing multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities
- Ability to empathize with customers’ needs
- Experience in customer service (ideally 1+ years)
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
