About the Role
As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A Typical Day at IWG
- Arrive a few minutes before the center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there's nothing the cleaners have missed.
- Assist customers throughout the morning with requests such as changed WiFi codes, package deliveries, directions to meeting rooms, and setting up projectors.
- Connect incoming calls to customers.
- Ensure that all services are properly charged so that invoices are accurate.
- Sort through mail while handling customer requests, and notify customers when packages arrive.
- Help customers with printing, invoice questions, and temperature issues in team rooms (opening service tickets as needed).
- Sit down with the Community Manager to discuss the organization of next week's networking event; plan and write e-invites, create, print, and put up posters around the center.
- Share details about the space with prospects and encourage them to join the network.
- At close of day, gently ask groups in meeting rooms to wrap up and direct them to nearby restaurants to continue discussions.
- Ensure everything is tidy before heading home.
