Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for customers so they can focus on running their business.

A typical day at IWG:

• Arrive early to prepare the center and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist customers with WiFi codes, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors).
• Manage incoming calls and ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
• Sort mail and handle customer requests throughout the day.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, including creating e-invites and promotional posters.
• Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of the IWG community.
• Ensure the center is tidy at closing and assist customers with after-hours recommendations.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (1+ years of customer service preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
