The opportunity

You work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, helping to create and maintain your community within the center. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of administrative and support needs for your customers
  • Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
  • Helping customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, and directing them to amenities
  • Managing customer requests and communications
  • Participating in planning and organizing networking events
  • Putting up posters and distributing e-invites
  • Directing customers to nearby restaurants after meetings
  • Ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day

About you

  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers’ needs
  • Experience in customer service (ideally 1+ years)
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
