The opportunity
You work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, helping to create and maintain your community within the center. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking care of administrative and support needs for your customers
- Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
- Helping customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, and directing them to amenities
- Managing customer requests and communications
- Participating in planning and organizing networking events
- Putting up posters and distributing e-invites
- Directing customers to nearby restaurants after meetings
- Ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day
About you
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers’ needs
- Experience in customer service (ideally 1+ years)
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
