About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the center is ready for customers each day, including checking cleanliness and addressing any issues.
• Assist customers with various requests such as Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup (including projectors), and directions.
• Handle incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate customer or service.
• Manage billing and ensure accurate invoicing for all services provided.
• Sort and distribute mail while addressing customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with printing, invoicing, and resolving environmental comfort issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Organize and promote center events, such as networking gatherings, including creating e-invites and posters.
• Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community and encourage participation in center events.
• Maintain the center’s tidiness and ensure a smooth end-of-day closing process.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
