Responsibilities

• Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
• Ensure everything is ready and checked before the center opens.
• Handle customer requests such as changing Wi-Fi codes, directions to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and providing directions to the nearest coffee shop.
• Charge services accurately and promptly.
• Organize and assist with networking events.
• Manage daily operations including greeting customers, directing them to appropriate areas, and ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and solving problems.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
