About the role
As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG
- Arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there's nothing the cleaners have missed
- Help customers throughout the morning with requests such as changed Wi-Fi codes, package inquiries, directions to meeting rooms, and projector setup
- Connect incoming calls to customers
- Make sure all services are properly charged so invoices are accurate
- Sort through mail while handling customer requests and notify customers when packages arrive
- Help customers with printing and invoice questions
- Open tickets in the service portal for facility issues (e.g., temperature adjustments)
- Organize networking events: plan and write e-invites to customers, create and print posters, and put them up around the center
- Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community, sharing details about the space and encouraging them to join
- Assist customers in wrapping up meetings and direct them to nearby restaurants to continue their discussions
- Ensure the center is tidy at the end of the day
