About the role
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
- Arrive early to prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist customers with various requests, such as Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and equipment troubleshooting (e.g., projectors).
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate customer.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for all services provided.
- Sort and manage mail while addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control).
- Organize and promote center events, such as networking gatherings, including creating invitations and posters.
- Engage with prospects to encourage membership and participation in center events.
- Close the center at the end of the day, ensuring tidiness and assisting customers with final requests.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
