About the role
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the workspace is ready for customers each day, including checking cleanliness and addressing any issues.
- Assist customers with various requests such as Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup (including projectors), and directions.
- Handle incoming calls and connect customers to the appropriate services or individuals.
- Manage billing and ensure accurate invoicing for services provided.
- Sort and distribute mail while addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control).
- Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Engage with prospects to share the benefits of the IWG community and encourage membership.
- Maintain the workspace at the end of the day, ensuring it is tidy and ready for the next day.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Empathy and a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
