About the role

The world of work is changing—short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want. At IWG, we are leading this transformation by building the world’s largest workspace network, enabling our customers to work from wherever and however they choose, across over 120 countries. As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across diverse industries to create and maintain a thriving community within your center. You’ll handle administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses.

A typical day at IWG:

  • Arrive early to ensure the center is ready for the day, checking for any oversights from cleaning.
  • Assist customers with requests such as Wi-Fi codes, package deliveries, meeting room directions, and projector setups.
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure all services are accurately charged for invoicing.
  • Sort mail while handling various customer requests, including notifying customers of package arrivals.
  • Assist afternoon customers with printing, invoicing, and resolving issues like temperature control in team rooms.
  • Organize and promote a weekly networking event, including creating e-invites and posters.
  • Engage with prospects, sharing the benefits of the IWG community and encouraging them to join.
  • Wrap up the day by ensuring meeting rooms are vacated, the center is tidy, and customers are directed to nearby amenities.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. You should be:

  • A strong communicator with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs (1+ years of customer service experience preferred).
  • Proactive in taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
  • Experienced and confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.

Benefits

On top of a competitive total compensation package, you’ll enjoy:

  • Work-life balance with no standard nights or weekends.
  • Generous paid time off (sick and vacation).
  • 11 paid company holidays per calendar year (in addition to PTO accrual).
  • Competitive 401K program with company match.
  • Affordable and comprehensive healthcare for full-time team members (with options for part-timers).
  • Quarterly bonus plan program plus an hourly rate of $17.40.
  • A bright and inspiring work environment.
  • Training and development opportunities aligned with career growth.
  • A professional workplace community (business casual attire required).
