Responsibilities
- Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
- Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers, including helping them with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, and directing them to amenities like coffee.
- Ensure all services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate.
- Help customers with printing and managing invoices.
- Plan and organize networking events in your center.
- Share details about the IWG community and encourage prospects to join.
- Ensure the center is tidy and welcoming at the end of the day.
Requirements
- Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Empathy towards customers' needs.
- One to two years of customer service experience.
- Experience using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Legal eligibility to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old.

- Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
