About the role
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
- Arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and address any cleaning oversights.
- Assist customers with various requests, such as Wi-Fi codes, package deliveries, meeting room directions, and equipment setup (e.g., projectors).
- Handle incoming calls and connect customers as needed.
- Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
- Sort and manage mail while addressing customer requests.
- Assist customers with printing, invoicing, and resolving environmental issues (e.g., temperature control).
- Organize and promote center events, such as networking gatherings, including creating e-invites and posters.
- Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community and encourage participation in events.
- Ensure the center is tidy at the end of the day and assist customers with after-hours needs (e.g., restaurant recommendations).
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
