Responsibilities

  • Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
  • Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers, including but not limited to:
    • Changing WiFi codes
    • Providing directions to meeting rooms
    • Setting up projectors
    • Helping customers with printing and invoices
    • Opening tickets in the service portal for issues like temperature control in offices
    • Planning and writing e-invites for networking events
    • Creating, printing, and putting up posters on noticeboards
  • Ensure all services are properly charged to avoid inaccurate invoices.
  • Manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships with customers.
  • Adapt to fast-changing situations and find solutions to problems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
  • Empathy towards customers' needs.
  • One or more years of customer service experience.
  • Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Likely to be legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
