Responsibilities
- Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
- Arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.
- Handle customer requests such as changing Wi-Fi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and assisting with printing and invoices.
- Organize and assist with networking events, including writing and distributing invitations, creating and printing posters, and encouraging prospects to join the IWG community.
- Ensure the center is tidy and welcoming by directing groups to restaurants and ensuring all areas are in order before closing.
Requirements
- Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
- At least 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Pay
$20.00 per hour (with a potential increase to $21.00 after completing the self-paced, Step-Up Program through Advanced Center Training and becoming a Community Associate, level 2 within first 90 days)
