About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist customers with Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and equipment like projectors.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate customer.
• Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
• Sort and manage mail while addressing customer requests.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Organize and promote center events, such as networking gatherings.
• Engage with prospects to encourage membership and participation in events.
• Close the center by ensuring tidiness and assisting customers with wrap-up.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (1+ years of customer service preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
