About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG:
- Arrive early to prepare the center and ensure everything is ready for customers.
- Assist customers with tasks such as providing Wi-Fi codes, locating packages, giving directions, and setting up meeting rooms (e.g., projectors, coffee).
- Manage incoming calls and ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
- Sort mail while handling various customer requests and follow-ups (e.g., notifying customers about package arrivals).
- Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature adjustments in team rooms).
- Organize and promote center events, such as networking gatherings, including creating e-invites and posters.
- Engage with prospects, sharing details about the workspace and encouraging them to join the community.
- Ensure the center is tidy at the end of the day and assist customers with wrap-up tasks (e.g., directing them to nearby restaurants).
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
