About the role
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
- Arrive early to prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist customers with Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup (including projectors), and directions.
- Handle incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate customer.
- Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
- Sort and manage mail while addressing customer requests.
- Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature control).
- Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites and posters.
- Engage with prospects to encourage membership and participation in center events.
- Close the center by ensuring tidiness and assisting customers with wrap-up.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (ideally 1+ years in customer service).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
