About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers, allowing them to focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist customers with various requests, such as WiFi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors).
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate customer.
• Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
• Sort and distribute mail while handling customer inquiries.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites and posters.
• Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of joining the IWG community.
• Ensure the center is tidy at the end of the day and assist customers with after-hours needs.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (ideally 1+ years in customer service).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
