The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the center is ready before opening hours
- Handling customer requests such as WiFi codes, package deliveries, and room setups
- Verifying and processing charges for services
- Managing customer mail and emails
- Assisting with customer setup for events and meetings
- Collaborating with the Community Manager to organize networking events
- Putting up posters and distributing e-invites
- Directing customers to nearby restaurants after meetings
- Tidying up the center at the end of the day
About You
- Experience managing multiple tasks and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to empathize with customers' needs and find solutions to problems
- Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations
- Experience and comfort using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
