Community Associate

The opportunity

You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, focusing on creating and maintaining a supportive community within your center. Your responsibilities include handling administrative and support needs for your customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and assisting with various tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up meeting rooms, and managing customer invoices.

About you

• A good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
