The opportunity
You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain your community within the center. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the center is ready before opening
- Handling customer requests such as changing WiFi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and handling packages
- Managing customer invoices and ensuring services are properly charged
- Organizing and promoting networking events
- Collaborating with the Community Manager to plan and execute events
- Assisting customers with various tasks and providing support
About you
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
