The opportunity
You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within the center. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking care of administrative and support needs for customers
- Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
- Helping customers with various requests such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, and providing directions
- Managing customer mail and sorting through it while handling other requests
- Planning and organizing networking events
- Writing and distributing e-invites to customers
- Creating, printing, and posting notices around the center
- Directing customers to nearby restaurants after meetings
- Gently asking groups to wrap up meetings and directing them to restaurants
- Ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day
About you
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A good communicator with strong professional relationships and empathy
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
