About the role
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
- Arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready for customers.
- Assist customers with various requests such as WiFi codes, package deliveries, meeting room directions, and equipment setup (e.g., projectors).
- Handle incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate customer.
- Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
- Sort and manage incoming mail while addressing customer requests.
- Assist customers with printing and invoicing needs.
- Address facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control) by opening service tickets.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, including creating e-invites and promotional posters.
- Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of joining the IWG community.
- Ensure the center is tidy at the end of the day and assist customers with after-hours arrangements.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability to fast-changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
