Community Associate

The opportunity

You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring your center is ready before opening hours
• Handling customer requests such as WiFi codes, package deliveries, and room setups
• Verifying and processing charges for services
• Managing customer mail and correspondence
• Organizing and promoting networking events
• Collaborating with the Community Manager to plan and execute events
• Directing customers to nearby amenities
• Ensuring the center is tidy and ready for closing

About You

• Proven experience managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
