Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents
• Take part in campus networking and marketing
• Conduct property tours to potential residents
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
• Aid the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student or resident
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

Salary range: $15 - $20 per hour
