About the role
The Community Assistant (CA) is vital to creating a supportive, engaging living environment. CAs are integral to the marketing and leasing process and, once residents have moved in, assist with their needs, promote community events, and maintain a safe, inclusive atmosphere. The position serves as a resource, provides exceptional customer service, and contributes to the overall success and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly, professional manner; serve as a resource for community policies, procedures, and services.
- Support the leasing and marketing process through outreach, social media strategy, tours, and handling digital inquiries, calls, and visits.
- Develop and implement engaging activities, events, and programs to foster community spirit and resident involvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing resident inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating room assignments, move-ins, and move-outs, and updating bulletin boards and newsletters.
- Promote a safe and secure living environment by enforcing community policies, reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns, and assisting with emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless operations, participate in meetings and training, and support the “turn” process and other community needs.

- Current resident account must be in good standing (if applicable).

Pay
$10.85 per hour.
