Position Overview
We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Community Assistant to join our team. This role offers strong administrative support to our management team and handles homeowner inquiries through phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage phone and email communications within established timeframes
- Aid homeowners with portal access, maintenance requests, and general inquiries
- Handle customer care phone coverage
- Administrate work orders, maintenance requests, and purchase orders
- Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and manage records
- Manage community amenity reservations and facility access
- Maintain accurate resident and board member records
- Support community communications and e-blast submissions
- Manage portal content and monitor survey responses
- Process and coordinate various resident requests
- Manage vendor relationships and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, calendaring systems)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Client-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
