Community Assistant
Responsibilities
- Be a helpful resource for residents
- Take part in campus networking and marketing
- Conduct property tours to potential residents
- Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
- Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
- Aid the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Current students and residents encouraged to apply
- Customer service focused
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities
- Organizes tasks and focuses on main priorities
