NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Community Addiction Psychiatric Staff Nurse for a 12-month fixed term position at Caley Court Resource Centre. The role involves delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex mental health and addiction needs, conducting specialist assessments, and developing tailored care plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to individuals with complex mental health and addiction needs.

- Support junior staff and contribute to team development.
- Liaise with partner services to ensure integrated care delivery.

Requirements
Prospective candidates must be RMN qualified, have experience in supporting people with alcohol and drug problems, and display a positive attitude towards enhancing an individual's recovery journey. A willingness to engage in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and promote continuing professional development is also required. Experience of working in a related community setting is desirable.
