About the role
The Community Action Agency Support VISTA will help strengthen Iowa’s network of Community Action Agencies and the LIHEAP program by improving data systems, workflows, and communication between state and local partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data cleanup and analytics
- Assist with improvements to the Salesforce system used by CAAs
- Help develop sustainable methods for gathering feedback from the field
- Work directly with agencies like IMPACT to understand how LIHEAP processes function in real-world settings
- Conduct research on other states’ LIHEAP and Community Action best practices
- Document common challenges within Iowa
- Create standardized tools and workflow maps that support consistent and equitable service delivery
