Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts.
  • Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.
  • Affiliate in developing training and training material for systems of record.
  • Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Affiliate with adult learners in physical classroom trainings.
  • Affiliate with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.
  • Affiliate with administrative tasks associated with training registration.
  • Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions.
  • Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey written, technical information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new information quickly and independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and work under pressure.
