About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software products that meet business needs and user requirements
• Collaborate with product managers to understand project goals and objectives
• Lead design and development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software meets standards
• Work closely with designers and other engineers to integrate new features and functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience leading software development teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of software development tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
