Requirements

• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in communications or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• Familiarity with digital and internal communications channels and tools

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communications across the Financial Services industry group, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Draft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, and internal news articles.
• Help translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communications.
• Manage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns and events.
• Cook up communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities.
• Maintain and organize communications assets and audience distribution lists.
• Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
