Requirements
Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1 year related experience in the electronics e-commerce industry. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree and 3 years experience in the same fields.
- Experience producing executive-ready dashboards and conducting root-cause analyses of logistics efficiency, store performance, and operating cost drivers
- Translating findings into stakeholder-ready recommendations and action plans
- Experience performing shipping rate/surcharge analysis and carrier invoice validation, including discrepancy identification and dispute/credit recovery support
- Experience monitoring marketplace policies/account health and developing compliant performance-adjustment strategies for content and programs
Market Analyst Specialists
About the role
Analyze e-commerce and marketplace data to develop reports, monitor KPIs, identify business opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year related experience in the electronics e-commerce industry.
- Experience working with business data and operational metrics to evaluate performance across e-commerce or multi-channel platforms, including reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms)
- Ability to present data insights in a clear and structured manner
- Supporting e-commerce operations, including exposure to order fulfillment processes, inventory coordination, and after-sales issue handling
- Conducting market, customer, or performance analysis to identify trends and support operational or business improvements including decision-making
