Responsibilities
- Reconcile communications-focused tasks with marketing analytics, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
- Coordinate and document the work of up to 7 consultants with status tracking, maintaining clear visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review digital marketing initiatives with deadline management, ensuring all communications-focused tasks adhere to a specialized-execution work profile.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain traceability and compliance in communications-focused campaign execution.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
