Job Summary
Client Business Transformation Management Go-to-Market Internal and Organizational Communications Lead
Expectations & Tasks
- Oversight of the planning and execution of the internal communication strategy for the CLIENT BTM GTM organization
- Aligning communication priorities and translating them into clear, actionable initiatives
- Advising on and shaping future creative communication formats tailored to the needs of different employee groups
- Establishing an ongoing feedback loop on key communication formats and deliverables, and driving continuous improvement
- Developing and managing a regular communication calendar for organization-wide internal communications, coordinating with business owners and communication leads across CLIENT BTM Product organizations and the broader CLIENT ecosystem
- Own the end-to-end execution of quarterly All Employee meetings, including scheduling, content planning, dry runs, technical setup, and live execution
- Leading content coordination for key quarterly written communications, such as financial updates, employee newsletters, and other strategic communications
- Supporting internal SharePoint maintenance, including coordination with content owners and regular updates
- Planning and executing communication cascades for organizational updates, including the creation of supporting content
- Maintaining communication governance assets, including distribution lists, organizational inboxes
