You will enjoy doing
- Lead and execute communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals
- Research audiences and develop strategies to drive engagement and understanding
- Create and deliver engaging, multi-channel content (video, audio, visual, and written)
- Ensure all communications meet brand standards for quality, design, messaging, and consistency
- Manage projects and coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Build strong relationships with business teams and promote internal brand awareness
- Maintain intranet content and support consistent communication practices aligned with company standards
- Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve communications and inform future strategies
- Work on a hybrid schedule, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities to support effective communication and collaboration
What Makes You Great
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Bring a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
- Work independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self-starter
- Set priorities, solve problems, and remain resourceful under pressure
- Apply strong editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to produce high-quality content and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, with a desire to learn and grow
- Translate complex information into clear, useful insights tailored to the target audience
- Use tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and quickly learn new technologies
