Communications Specialist

Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a Communications Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential to extend. This is a hybrid role based in either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Support cross Lines of Business (xLOB) Brand Planning and Insights leads to deliver and project manage xLOB research learning agenda that informs marketing planning and activation.
• Connect strategic objectives and implications across all LOBs and audiences to identify knowledge gaps.
• Enable leaders to assess progress toward marketing goals and prioritize future investments.
• Facilitate collection of project intent and learning agenda deliverables to write project and research briefs.
• Provide strategic thinking and strong communication to contextualize storytelling for peers, partners, and leadership.
• Develop strong working relationships with key Brand department partners by deeply understanding their goals and objectives.
• Support Brand Planning team in strategic operations to drive partner clarity and implement consistent, standardized planning processes.
• Ensure project delivery and standardized processes for consistency across all LOBs.

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is $66,500.00 to $95,000.00. Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location.
