Responsibilities
- Review communications-focused deliverables with marketing analytics, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Document and elevate branding role documentation with status tracking, maintaining clear visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain digital marketing initiatives with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.

- Campaign execution must remain usable under the specific demands of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing rework.

Position Details

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
