Communications Specialist

What You Will Do

• Tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
• Create and execute communication plans that support business priorities and organizational initiatives.
• Create and distribute employee communications through multiple channels including digital displays, emails, newsletters, presentations, and meetings.
• Partner with site leadership, HR, Operations, Safety, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and site events.
• Cookordination communication content, schedules, and approvals to maintain alignment with company standards.
• Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness.
• Aid with crisis, emergency, and change management communications as needed.
• Maintain communication boards, digital signage, and other site communication platforms.

What You Will Have

• Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience developing communication materials and presentations preferred

• Internal Communications: Knowledge of techniques and media for internal communications; ability to produce and distribute news, newsletters and other communications materials targeted at the employees.
• Multimedia Technologies: Knowledge of multimedia publishing technologies and procedures; ability to use installed audio, visual and animation software tools to produce multimedia publications.
• Work Schedule Flexibility: Ability to flex work schedule both early and late as necessary to support multiple shift operation.

Summary

Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
