Communications Project Manager

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications or project management
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation, or workflow management systems (e.g., Workfront, HubSpot, Microsoft Planner)
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Able to translate complex business topics into clear, structured communications
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated experience using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support and accelerate communications workflows

Responsibilities

• Cook up and deliver communications initiatives covering areas like growth and economic development, employee benefits, performance management, change management, safety initiatives, IT security measures, data centers, and AI-related growth initiatives.
• Organize and oversee communications processes that help various teams craft, vet, and disseminate content to diverse internal groups.
• Employ AI and Large Language Model tools to assist in content creation, editing, summarization, and refining messages, all while keeping the brand's voice and strategic messaging intact.
• Create and sustain repeatable content processes that enhance the efficiency and scalability of communications activities.
• Handle communication projects and timelines, collaborating with numerous internal parties.
• Utilize Adobe Workfront™ and Microsoft Planner to manage communication tasks, timelines, and approvals.
• Open and close project jobs, keep track of schedules, and make adjustments as necessary, while also informing project stakeholders about progress.
• Sure up communications adherence to the Associated Press (AP) Style Guide, project requirements, and company policies.
• Persistently ensure high quality, clarity, and precision in all communications products.
