About the role
Operate a four-position telecommunications center focusing on customer service to handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, paging, two-way walkie-talkie system, all alarms, beeper system, and elevator systems. Maintain all internal information for up-to-date call processing requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PBX experience and/or excellent customer service skills preferred
- 1 year previous experience as a PBX operator preferred
- Knowledge of medical paging services and practices preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant voice and ability to communicate clearly

Primary shift: Nights
Shift duration: 8 hours
Time type: Part time
Pay
The estimated base rate for this position is $25.00 - $31.31 per hour. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc.
