Communications Operator Per Diem, Nights (10:30pm-7am)

Operate a four position telecommunication center

Focusing on customer service to handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages and paging, two-way walkie-talkie system, all alarms, beeper system and elevator systems.

Maintain all internal information for up-to-date call processing requirements.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• PBX experience and/or excellent customer service skills preferred
• 1 year previous experience as a PBX operator preferred
• Knowledge of medical paging services and practices, preferred
