Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations.
  • Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations.
  • Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations.

About the Role

The city's first true luxury hotel, this 23-story tower has 241 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes The Capital Grille, The Lounge, and in-room dining.
